Increase glutathione levels with NAC (N-acetylcysteine)
The important role that glutathione plays for human health. This protein is produced in our body and is also available as a dietary supplement to further increase glutathione levels. Improve Sleep with Melatonin & Vitamin B12
The importance of sleep to health cannot be overemphasized. Unfortunately, a lot of people have really big sleep problems. Without sleep, we have a lack of energy and a sluggish mind all day, and often we feel depressed and irritable. Our health is also in jeopardy as sleep is critical to the body’s recovery, optimal immune function and detoxification, and of course, our energy recovery.
Melatonin Is the most popular and well-studied natural sleep aid. It helps people fall asleep and sleep through the night to make them feel rested.7.8… But there is a secret of how to make it work better,–it is necessary to combine the intake of melatonin before bedtime with methylcobalamin, the active form vitamin B12… Taking 3-5 mg of methylcobalamin upon waking can help restore your body clock and help melatonin work better to promote a good night’s sleep, especially if you are in your 40s and have a shift job.
