Ingredients:
2 + ½ wheat flour cups
2 eggs
½ pumpkin puree chavená
2 tablespoons peanut butter

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Mix flour, eggs, pumpkin, peanut butter, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. In order to have a homogeneous mixture, use your hands. It may be necessary to add water.
Place the dough on a floured surface. Stretch it until it is about 1 cm thick.
Use shapes to cut alluding to Christmas, creating different figures.
Put in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
BISCUITS FOR DOGS: BACON AND NUTS
Ingredients:
3 chopped bacon slices
1 egg
1/3 cup of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
3 tablespoons of water
½ cup of soy flour
½ cup of whole wheat flour
½ cup of wheat germ
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
Fry the bacon slices until crisp. With a spoon of holes, remove the bacon and let the fat cool (2-5 minutes).
Add the egg, peanut butter, maple syrup and water to the bacon fat and mix well.
Add the flour and wheat germ and mix until smooth. Add the bacon slices.
Place the dough on a floured surface. Stretch it until it is about 1 cm thick. Cut to the desired figures.
Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
DOG COOKIES: PUMPKIN AND CARROT
Ingredients:
¾ cup of cooked pumpkin
1 egg
¼ cup grated carrot
1 cup of whole wheat flour
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Mix the pumpkin, the egg, the carrot and the whole wheat flour until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
Place the dough on a floured surface, stretching it out. Cut to the desired figures.
Place in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
BISCUITS FOR DOGS: ALFARROBA
Ingredients:
½ cup of carob powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup of water
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until you create a homogeneous dough. You may have to add more water.
Stretch the dough on a floured surface until it is about 1 cm thick
Cut to the desired figures
Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
DOG COOKIES: APPLE AND CARROT
Ingredients:
1 cup of wholemeal flour (of your choice)
1 cup of grated carrot
1 egg
½ cup of apple puree
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Mix all the ingredients to create a homogeneous dough.
Place the dough on a floured surface. Stretch it until it is about 1cm thick.
Use your imagination and / or molds to create Christmas shapes.
Place in the oven until golden brown.
DOG BISCUITS: SWEET POTATOES AND BANANA
Ingredients:
1 + ½ cup of wholemeal flour
¼ cup of whole oats
1 ripe banana
1 large sweet potato, roasted
1 large egg
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
Knead the sweet potato with the banana. Add the flour, oats and egg.
Mix until a homogeneous mass.
Place the dough on a floured surface. Stretch it until it is about 1 cm thick. You may have to add more whole flour.
Cut to the desired figures.
Bake for 45 – 60 minutes.
DOG COOKIES: BANANA AND ALMOND
Ingredients:
1 egg
¾ cup of almond butter (preferably unsalted)
1/3 banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Use a fork to crush approximately half a banana.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until a homogeneous dough is created.
Create balls (like the ones on the Christmas tree) and distribute them under the board.
Bake for about 10 minutes (5 minutes on each side).
DOG COOKIES: APPLE AND GINGER
Ingredients:
1 cup of brown rice flour
½ cup of chopped apple
2/3 cup Greek yogurt (natural)
½ teaspoon of ginger
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
If necessary, use your hands.
Place the dough on a floured surface. Stretch it until it is about 1 cm thick. Cut to the desired figures.
Bake for 25 minutes, until golden.
